Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. new stroke patient
  • 2. Barthel index less than 15
  • 3. NIHSS score from 5 to 20
  • 4. onset of disease less than 6 months
  • 5. can follow 1 step command

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Recurrent stroke
  • 2. Comorbidities with other neurological diseases
  • 3. Other comorbidities that hinder rehabilitation training

The effect of traditional Thai massage vs. routine physical therapy on gait pattern in spastic cerebral palsyThere are sill lack of physical therapist in the rural area for those cerebral palsy(CP) patients in Thailand. Fortunately, a traditional Thai massage is still one of the treatment strategies for the musculoskeletal problems (except for CPs) as an alternative choice.
