1)Epigastric pain radiated through back
2)Worst pain in right or left upper quadrant of the back
3)Diffuse pain through abdomen and pain may be referred to anterior chest or flank
4)Weight loss
5)Abnormal stools
6)mal absorption
Exclusion Criteria
1) cholelithiasis
2) Vulnerable patients
pregnant womens
neonates
children
AIDS/HIV
3) patients who is not willing for the study
4) ascites
