入选标准
- •Diagnosis of Obstetric Brachial Paralysis of the Erb-Duchene or Klumpke type; Both genders and age between 4 and 8 years; Be able to respond cognitively to the commands requested by the therapist; To be able to attend the care association for disabled children Ibirapuera for 3 weeks for 3 hours / day; Motorally be able to perform active movement of the MSA at least 45 degrees of shoulder flexion and abduction; 20 degrees elbow extension; 10 degrees of wrist extension and three finger movement and including the thumb.
排除标准
- •Diagnosis of obsteric brachial palsy Complete; Perform motor therapy with occupational therapy or aquatic physiotherapy during the intervention period; Present musculoskeletal deformity that reduces the range of motion of the affected upper limb in each joint with shoulder or elbow or wrist by more than 10 degrees always considering the expected normal value.
