Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a primary biopsy proven oral/oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma which can be locally (transorally) resected and a clinically negative neck.
Exclusion Criteria
Transoral excision not possible
Neck entered for reconstruction
Clinical lymph node metastasis
