Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Clients undergoing hemodialysis
  • •1 both males and females
  • •2 between the age group of 35\- 65 years
  • •3 more than 3 months
  • •4 times per week 3\-4 hours sessions

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Clients undergoing hemodialysis,
  • •1\. who follow alternative therapies.
  • •2\. who are currently engaged in similar therapy or meditation weekly, two or more times a week for the last month or more
  • •3\. with hearing impairment.
  • •4\. with dementia or diagnosed with mental disorders by the doctor.
  • •5\. who are hemodynamically unstable during the dialysis treatment.
  • •5\. who are unable to comprehend Kannada or English
