Inclusion Criteria
All patients whose age is more than 18 years with recalcitrant keloid of size between 1mm to 5 cm who have undergone treatment for at least one year and last treatment should have been received before 3 months Only one or two lesions should be included in that patient
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recalcitrant keloids present in the face.
2. All pregnant and lactating women.
3. Patients treated within 3 months

Name Time Method To determine the percent change in the thickness of the recalcitrant keloid every 2 months till 6 months post one day patch therapy for 3 hours.Timepoint: 2 Years
