Inclusion Criteria
- •Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes
- •Diagnosed with diabetes for at least one year
- •No other underlying disease
- •Children at least 12 and at most 16 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes who engaged in regular exercise training
