- •subjective tinnitus (confirmed by an ear, nose, throat (ENT) specialist) with a duration of at least 3 months
排除标准
- •- no acute or chronic psychiatric conditions (such as depression, anxiety or panic disorders)
- •- no acute suicidality
- •- if applicable: successfully completed hearing aid adjustment
- •- no tinnitus-specific psychological tinnitus treatment within the last 2 years
- •- sufficient reading and writing skills
- •- sufficient German language skills
