Inclusion Criteria
- •Lack of experience in communication skills training courses
- •Earn at least 30 scores from the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN)
- •Knowing the computer and the internet At the preparatory level
Exclusion Criteria
- •Failure to follow up virtual training more than once
- •Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
- •Absence in workshop Sessiones
