  • •Subjects aged 25\-50years of both the genders.
  • •Subjects willing to participate in the study.
  • •Subjects of all socio\-demographic status.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects who are pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • •Subjects diagnosed with Type\-1 and Type\-2 diabetes.
  • •Subjects with chronic illness/terminal illness/ immunosuppressed condition.
