入选标准
- •(1) 8 to 20 years of age, male or female;
- •(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of asthenopia of Chinese Society of Ophthalmology;
- •(3) meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM symptoms of tiredness;
- •(4) voluntarily join the study, subjects and guardians signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Other organic diseases or active ocular diseases in any eye;
- •(2) Uncorrected refraction;
- •(3) Strabismus, glaucoma, severe dry eye;
- •(4) Recent history of ocular surgery;
- •(5) Allergic constitution or investigational drug allergy;
- •(6) Receiving anti-fatigue drugs 2 weeks before the trial;
- •(7) Participating in other clinical researchers 4 weeks before the trial;
- •(8) Endocrine disorders;
- •(9) With severe heart, liver, kidney and other dysfunction;
- •(10) Other conditions that are not suitable for participating in this study as assessed by the investigator.
