- •_Must have histological or cytological confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas, who progressed on or after one line of chemotherapy;
- •_ECOG Performance status 0-1;
- •_Adequate organ functions;
- •_Measurable disease.
