入选标准
- •1.Age 19-75 years
- •2.Patients with isolated diagnosis of symptomatic one/two-level lumbar central stenosis or disc herniations.
- •3.Planned for elective one/two-level uni/bi-lateral open lumbar laminectomy with or without discectomy
- •4.No known allergies to constituents of medication to be instituted as part of study
排除标准
- •1.Previous lumbar surgeries
- •2.On medications for other medical issues
- •3.Multi-level symptomatic spinal conditions
- •4.Peripheral neuropathy
- •5.h/o psychiatric disorders and neuromuscular disorders
- •6.Workmen compensation claim candidates
- •7.Patients with systemic inflammatory disorders e,g rheumatoid arthritis
- •8.Patients on steroids/immunosuppressant medications
