Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 1 - 8 years
2. ASA class I-III
3. Elective surgery and requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
Exclusion Criteria
1. Conditions known or suspected to predispose them to laryngeal or tracheal pathology
2. Conditions expected difficult mask ventilation and difficult intubation, such as huge neck mass
3. Patients with risk of aspiration that require rapid sequence induction
4. Their parents/ guardians do not allow them to be part of the study.
