Inclusion Criteria

1. The age of subject range from 20-60 years
2. Subjects with current complaints of LBP
3. The range of low back pain persisting for at least 3 months, it can develop and called chronic low back pain
4. Level of pain range VAS between 3-7

Exclusion Criteria

1. Have a contraindication to radiographic assessment such as pregnancy
2. Have previous lumbar fusion surgery
3. Have the limitation or incapability to actively move the spine in flexion and extension directions to assessment of segmental motion because of pain or muscle spasm
4. Have acute fracture, tumor, or infection
5. Have a history about serious neurological or psychiatric disease
6. Have translation or rotation in range of radiological lumbar instability (RLI)
