入选标准
- •Adults aged 40 years and above with operable cataract booked for elective cataract surgery under local anaesthesia
排除标准
- •patients with an only eye
- •allergy to any of the medications to be used
- •axial length greater than 26mm
- •patients with neurological manifestations
- •patients unable to follow instructions
- •patients with cognitive impairment
- •active cardiac or respiratory disease
- •poor communication ability such as deafness
- •patient with excessive tremors and agitations
