- •binge-eating disorder or binge-eating disorder with low frequency and/or low duration according to DSM-5; body mass index (BMI) 25 – 45 kg/m²; age 18-60 years; sufficient language ability
排除标准
- •neurological problems or medication with influence on eating behavior, weight or executive functioning (e.g., stroke, head injury); planned conservative behavioral weight loss treatment over the next 6 months; previous or planned bariatric surgery over the next 6 months or in the previous 24 months; participation in other interventional studies; current psychotherapy with focus on BED;
- •current substance use disorder; pregnancy or lactation; uncorrected visual or hearing impairment
