Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients having specific signs and symptoms of Karnanada as per Ayurvedic and modern parameters will be registered.
2.Tinnitus due to otological causes like Otosclerosis, Ototoxity induced Tinnitus, Noice Induced Tinnitus associated with Sensory Neural Hearing Loss will be selected.
3.Patients in the age group of 18-70 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients having any congenital hearing loss or any deformity.
2.Tinnitus due to Systemic causes
3.Perforated Tympanic membrane
4.Psychogenic hearing loss
5.Patient undergone Otological surgery in past.
6.Infectious disease such as measels, meningitis or any TORCH infection
