- •Patients with polycystic ovaries between 16 and 45 years old and Body Mass Index (BMI) more than 25. Exclusion criteria: Fasting blood sugar more than 126, hypothyroidism, prolactinoma, nonclassic congenital adrenal hyperplasia, psychosis, breast feeding, syncope attack, severe nausea and vomiting.
