Inclusion Criteria
All patients with moderate acne according to the GAGS (Global Acne Rating System)
Age over 12 years
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy and lactation
poly cystic ovarian syndrom
Use of econogenic drugs such as corticosteroids, hormones or antipsychotics
Having other types of mechanical acne and gram-negative acne
History of local allergy to herbal medicines

Name Time Method Acne Severity Index. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and the fourth and eighth weeks of the study. Method of measurement: Standard Acne Severity Index Questionnaire.;Total Lesion Count. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and the fourth and eighth weeks of the study. Method of measurement: Standard questionnaire on the total number of acne lesions.

Name Time Method Patient satisfaction with the drug. Timepoint: At the end of the study (eighth week). Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
