- •Participants: Adults with known or suspected IBD involving the rectum undergoing colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy for any clinical indication and IUS within 30 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ileoanal pouch
- •Previous proctectomy
- •Diverted bowel
