Inclusion Criteria

Married womenof 18 â?? 45 years age group.

Patients suffering from any two of following symptoms-

Vedanain Sroni, Vankhshana, Prishta (pain in pelvic, inguinal and lowerback region, bilateral lower abdomen)

Abnormal vaginal discharge

Gramyadharmaruja (dyspareunia)

Shoona(inflammation in genital tract)

Sparsha-asahatva (Adnexal tenderness,abdominal tenderness, cervical motion tenderness)

Menstrual disorders and

BastikukshiGurutwa (heaviness in abdomen).

Patients with USG report showingfluid in Pouch of douglas orfluid filled fallopian tubes.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women.

Patients with Cervicitis

Ovarian tumor.

Tubo-ovarian mass/ Adnexal mass

Patient with HIV, HbsAg, VDRL infection

Pelvic endometriosis.

Acute Pelvic inflammatory disease.

Patients with other systemic illness like bronchial asthma, T.B, DM, HTN, etc.

To study concept of Paripluta Yonivyapad as per the classical literature and modern texts. <br/ ><br>To evaluate the role of Shothahara Mahakashaya Yoga with its Taila Pichu in Pelvic inflammatory disease. <br/ ><br>To evaluate the role of Panchavalkaladi Yoga with Panchavalkaladi Taila Pichu and compare the clinical effect of both groups in the management of Pelvic inflammatory disease. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 months
