简要总结

This is a cross sectional study of emergence delirium in paediatric patients undergoing elective surgery in a tertiary care centre Chengelpet district over a period of 18 months .

Primary objective of the study is to predict the prevalence of emergence delirium in children using PAED scale and FACES scale

Secondary objective of the study is to study the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting

入选标准

•Both male and female children of age 3 -18 years belonging to ASA grade 1&2,posted for GA.

排除标准

•Patients with ASA grade 1 Patients with lower respiratory tract infection Patients with CNS abnormalities and congenital abnormalities Mentally challenged.

- To predict the incidence of emergence delirium in children using PAEDIATRIC scale and FACES scale
