Inclusion Criteria

1. People who are older than or equal to 70 years of age or older
2. No history of swallowing disorders or choking cough when eating
3. have low muscle mass According to the diagnostic criteria of the Asian Working Group of Sarcopenia
- Able to communicate and follow instructions at least 1 step
- consent to participate in research

Exclusion Criteria

1. have an unstable medical condition, such as the need for oxygen Blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg, respiratory rate greater than 24 breaths/min, pulse greater than 120 beats/min, fever or inflammatory/sepsis.
2. was diagnosed with cancer chronic lung disease, liver disease, chronic kidney disease (GFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2) Diabetes at all stages
3. People who are unable to walk 10 meters due to congenital diseases such as osteoarthritis and have pain, have had surgery on the hip or knee joint have balance problems, etc.
4. Allergy to jelly ingredients
5. Use a cardiac pacemaker
