Inclusion Criteria
1.Individuals spending 4 hours or more in front of a Visual Display Terminal.
2.Individuals within age group of 20-40 years.
3.Individuals voluntarily filling the questionnaire.
4.Individuals not known to be suffering from any ocular disorder such as chronic ocular allergy, conjunctivitis, glaucoma, etc. other than refractive errors.

Name Time Method 1.To determine the prevalence of Computer Vision Syndrome (eye and postural problems related to computer usage) among the participants. <br/ ><br>2.To assess the level of awareness about Computer Vision Syndrome among the participants. <br/ ><br>3.To determine numerous practices associated with using computers and other video display terminals. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: SINGLE CONTACT, QUESTIONNAIRE BASED STUDY. results will be analyisis at the end of data collection, December 2014. <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method To educate and empower these individuals regarding preventive and corrective measures against Computer Vision Syndrome.Timepoint: INFORMATIVE BROCHURES WILL BE HANDED OUT TO PARTICIPANTS after filling the questionnaire.
