1. Definite diagnosis of COVID-19; fulfilling WHO case definition, including a positive PCR from any specimen (e.g. respiratory, blood, urine, stool, other bodily fluid) and presence of one or more of the following associated symptoms-
cough
fever ( > 37.5° C / 99.5° F)
shortness of breath
sore throat
2. Hospitalized patients with no oxygen therapy or oxygen by mask or nasal prongs.
3. Understand and agreed to comply with the study
1. Patient below 18 year of age.
2. K/c/o Cardiovascular diseases like Ischaemic heart disease, Coronary Artery disease.
3. K/c/o Chronic Kidney disease, Chronic Lung disease, Chronic neurological disorder, Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
4. Pregnant and Lactating women.
5. Patient on non-invasive ventilation or high flow oxygen.
6. Patient on intubation and mechanical ventilation.
7. Patient on ventilation + additional organ support-pressor, RRT, ECMO.

Sore Throat, Cough with sputum, Cough with haemoptysis, Dyspnoea (Shortness of breath), Wheezing, Chest pain, Runny nose, Fatigue, Headache, Arthralgia, Irritability/confusion, Seizures, Nausea/Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Abdominal pain, skin rashesTimepoint: 0th Day, 14th Day and 21st Day
