1. LBP of any duration, who have sought care for their LBP within past 8 weeks from primary care (primary care defined as general practice, physical therapy, chiropractic serving or specialized outpatient hospital facility).
2. Mild to moderate disability due to LBP
3. Own and regularly use a smartphone with internet access
4. Low back pain for at least three months, a minimum pain score of three points on a 0 to 10 Visual Analogue Scale, and using a smartphone with an Android OS (since the application was programmed for android devices only).
1. Unable to speak, read or understand the national language
2. Cognitive impairments or learning disabilities limiting participation
3. Serious mental illness
4. Physical illnesses or conditions limiting participation
5. Pregnancy
6. Previous back surgery
