Inclusion Criteria
- •1. LBP of any duration, who have sought care for their LBP within past 8 weeks from primary care (primary care defined as general practice, physical therapy, chiropractic serving or specialized outpatient hospital facility).
- •2. Mild to moderate disability due to LBP
- •3. Own and regularly use a smartphone with internet access
- •4. Low back pain for at least three months, a minimum pain score of three points on a 0 to 10 Visual Analogue Scale, and using a smartphone with an Android OS (since the application was programmed for android devices only).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Unable to speak, read or understand the national language
- •2. Cognitive impairments or learning disabilities limiting participation
- •3. Serious mental illness
- •4. Physical illnesses or conditions limiting participation
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Previous back surgery
