Quantitatively measurable effects in group 1 to 4 using a questionary <br> twelve month after the start of the intervention.<br>Inventory (70 questions):<br>- WHOQOL-BREF - mental quality of life<br>- FTND / AUDIT - Tobacco / Alcohol Consumption Behavior<br>- CPSS - Covid - 19 - Strain<br>- AD-EVA: Diet/Exercise Behavior<br>- Statistical evaluation using ANOVA with repeated measures<br>- when assumptions are violated, non-parametric methods using the Wilcoxon test
