1. Age ≥ 18 years
2. Acetabular fractures that were considered preoperatively to be fully treated through an intrapelvic approach
2.1anterior column fractures
2.2 anterior wall fractures
2.3 anterior column with posterior hemitransverse fractures
2.4 transverse fractures
2.5 T-shaped fractures
both column fractures
1.Preexisting ipsilateral hip diseases
2. Fractures needed fixation via Kocher- Langenbeck approach: posterior column fractures
3.posterior wall fractures
4.Bilateral acetabular fracture
5.Time from injury to operation > 14 days
6. BMI > 30 kg/m2
