Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age ≥ 18 years
- •2\. Acetabular fractures that were considered preoperatively to be fully treated through an intrapelvic approach
- •2\.1anterior column fractures
- •2\.2 anterior wall fractures
- •2\.3 anterior column with posterior hemitransverse fractures
- •2\.4 transverse fractures
- •2\.5 T\-shaped fractures
- •both column fractures
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Preexisting ipsilateral hip diseases
- •2\. Fractures needed fixation via Kocher\- Langenbeck approach: posterior column fractures
- •3\.posterior wall fractures
- •4\.Bilateral acetabular fracture
- •5\.Time from injury to operation \> 14 days
- •6\. BMI \> 30 kg/m2
