- •1. Age ≥ 18 years
- •2. Acetabular fractures that were considered preoperatively to be fully treated through an intrapelvic approach
- •2.1anterior column fractures
- •2.2 anterior wall fractures
- •2.3 anterior column with posterior hemitransverse fractures
- •2.4 transverse fractures
- •2.5 T-shaped fractures
- •both column fractures
排除标准
- •1.Preexisting ipsilateral hip diseases
- •2. Fractures needed fixation via Kocher- Langenbeck approach: posterior column fractures
- •3.posterior wall fractures
- •4.Bilateral acetabular fracture
- •5.Time from injury to operation > 14 days
- •6. BMI > 30 kg/m2
