简要总结
The aim of the study isto evaluate the comparative effect of different forms of Swarjikadya Ghrit in the management of the wound. In this trial, 30patients will be randomly allocated into two groups.In Group A 15 patients will betreated with daily dressing of Swarjikadya ghrit once after washingwith Panchvalkal kwath for a time period of 1 month and in group B 15 patients will be treated with daily Dressing withSwarjikadya ointment once after washing with Panchvalkal kwath for a timeperiod of 1 month and follow-up will be taken after 7 days in both groups.Assessment will be done on the basis of change in the Sign and Symptoms ofWound Qualitative and Quantitative variables will be assessed by the standardparameters. The result will be assessed statically after completion of the trail.

- •Diabetes mellitus type 2 Mild to Moderate Infected Wound Abscess Fissure in Ano Stab Wound.
排除标准
- •Malignant Ulcer Ulcer in Uncontrolled Diabetes HIV or Any Immunodeficiency condition HBsAg Positive Tubercular Ulcer Leprotic Wound Any Malignancy Renal Failure Cardiac Failure Venous Ulcer Arterial Ulcer Who are not willing to give Written Informed Consent.
