- •Subjects presenting with clinical features of Madhumeha(T2DM) will be selected.
- •1 Subjects with FBS more than 110 mg/dl.
- •2Subjects with PPBS more than 140mg/dl.
- •3 Subjects with HbA1c more than 6.5% .
- •4 Subjects of either sex between the age group of 30 to 60 years.
- •5 Subjects who are fit for snehapana, Virechana and Basti

- •1 subjects of type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
- •2 Diabetes patient in ICU,Recent surgery
- •3 Pregnancy and Lactating women
- •4 Who are not fit for snehapaana,virechana and basti.
- •5 who does not provide written informed consent.
