简要总结

The preliminary results of this study demonstrated high usability and satisfaction. Use of the app had significant effects on self-efficacy (t=-4.426, p<.001) and medication adherence (t=-4.231, p<.001). Participants reported that the simple-to-use interface, entertaining content, and helpful features for administering medication were facilitators of app use, while the lack of ability to use the app properly and forgetting to use app were barriers.
