入选标准
- •1. Confirmed Acute Ischemic stroke patients based on clinical and radiological features
- •(American Heart Association (AHA)/American Stroke Association (ASA) definition).
- •2. Age between 40-80 years old.
- •3. Hospitalized within 72 hours after the acute stroke.
- •4. A stroke patient with mild to severe VCI determined by Montreal Cognitive
- •Assessment (MoCA) score (<26/30).
排除标准
- •1. History of progressive cognitive impairment or dementia prior to the current stroke.
- •2. Severe aphasia based on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
- •3. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (DM) with capillary blood glucose persistently more
- •than 10 mmol/L 72 hours after stroke onset.
- •4. Severe stroke, comatoseness, or any condition precludes patients from answering the MoCA test.
