1. Male or female, 45-75 years old;
2. Diagnose knee osteoarthritis according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria;
3. Radiological examination to confirm knee osteoarthritis (Lawrence grade I to III);
4. The average daily pain score is 40 points (0-100 points);
5. Symptoms for more than 6 months;
6. Signed informed consent.
1. Can not walk;
2. Severe knee infection;
3. A history of trauma, ligament injury, fracture or surgery within 6 months, causing pain or functional problems (excluding a history of knee replacement);
4. There is a history of local tumor/malignant tumor in the knee joint;
5. Physical or laboratory findings suggestive of infection, the presence of an autoimmune disease or inflammatory arthritis;
6. Knee pain caused by radiculopathy/disc herniation;
7. Have end-stage disease or lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, cancer or cancer treatment-related edema, severe coagulation disorder, systemic hypertension, severe diabetes;
8. There is a history of pre-hormone therapy, hyaluronic acid injection or corticosteroid injection within 3 months;
9. Received acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, massage or physical therapy before 8 weeks.
