Inclusion Criteria
The subject's age is between 40 and 55 years old
Housekeeping experience of at least 5 years
At least 1 delivery and at most 3
A resident of Tehran
In case of non-specific chronic pain, having a maximum score of 4 from the VAS criteria
Physical activity readiness questionnaire(being in a favorable situation)
Exclusion Criteria
pregnancy during the research period
having a job outside the home

Name Time Method Kyphosis angle. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks after the start of the exercises.
