Inclusion Criteria
1.Age 55-80 years old
2.KL 3-4
3.Primary Total Knee Arthroplast
4.Willing to join research
Exclusion Criteria
1. Allergic to Steroids, NSAIDs, Morphine, Paracetamol, Gabapentinoids, or Codeine
2.GFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73m2
3.DM with HbA1C > 8 mg%
4.Previous Steroids used regularly or continuous over 1 month
5.cannot anaesthetised by spinal block alone
6.not willingly to join the research
