Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Age 55-80 years old
- •3.Primary Total Knee Arthroplast
- •4.Willing to join research
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Allergic to Steroids, NSAIDs, Morphine, Paracetamol, Gabapentinoids, or Codeine
- •2.GFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73m2
- •3.DM with HbA1C > 8 mg%
- •4.Previous Steroids used regularly or continuous over 1 month
- •5.cannot anaesthetised by spinal block alone
- •6.not willingly to join the research
