Inclusion Criteria

Symptomatic Paroxysmal or Persistent AF
- Aged >18 years and <80 years
- Current physical activity levels <60 minutes per week.

Exclusion Criteria

- Previous AF ablation
- Permanent AF
- History of myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery in past 12 months.
- Autoimmune or systemic inflammatory disease.
- Decompensated heart failure.
- Unable to exercise due to an existing musculoskeletal disorder.
