- •Patients of both gender
- •Between the age group of 40 to 70 years
- •Clinically and radiologically diagnosed cases of primary osteoarthritis (one or both knee joints)
排除标准
- •Other types of arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatic arthritis etc
- •Any systemic disease like diabetes mellitus malignancy etc
- •Secondary knee OA
- •Use of NSAIDs before baseline data
- •Use of intra-articular or Oral corticosteroids within 3weeks prior to baseline visit
