Age = 12 to 20 years; diagnosed patients with JIA, jDM, jSLE; duration of diagnosis =6 months; physician's global assessment of disease activity < 4 (numerical rating scale 0-10); existence of a declaration of consent to participate in ActiMON and the national padiatric rheumatological database
recent surgery that temporarily impairs activity behavior; neurological, cardiac or lung disease that limits physical activity, cortisone treatment > 0.2 mg/kg body weight or > 10mg/day within the last 4 weeks; intra-articular steroid injection in the last 4 weeks; pregnant or nursing women; participation in concurrent behavioral or exercise therapy (intervention) studies; insufficient knowledge of German, which precludes understanding the study information

Name Time Method Assessment of physical activity behavior among young rheumatics. Identification of a) barriers to physical activity and b) risk groups for physical inactivity. Derivation of measures to promote physical activity.
