- •The inclusion criteria: having the ability of talking Persian language; hearing power; lacking acute physical and motor diseases especially in walking; having health chart in the health centers; being sixty years old and over it and signing informed consent for participating in the study.Exclusion criteria: tendency to quit the participation; being absent in more than one session; having experience of grief caused by their relatives death and losing their job within the intervention episode.
