Brief Summary

We developped a Training of Reward Experiencing (T-REx) and tested it in randomized-controlled online study in including a waitlist control group and an active control group (gratitude writing). Particularly in the subgroup of those suffering from anhedonic symptoms T-Rex proofed to elicit superior effects in the Snaith-Hamilton-Pleasure Scale.

Inclusion Criteria

Ability to write using a PC, at least good German language skills

Exclusion Criteria

Acute suicidality, psychotic symptoms, mania, presently in psychotherapeutic treatment, substance abuse, psychopharmacological treatment (if dose change within last 6 weeks)
