Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Benign lesions of the vocal cord
- •2\.Involving anterior two third part of true vocal cord
- •3\.On Video laryngoscopy examination the vocal cords will be freely mobile.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with Ischemic/Coronary artery disease
- •2\.Patients with Thyroid disorders/Respiratory diseases
- •3\.Patients with laryngeal malignancies
- •4\.Degenerative disorders of brain.
