Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Benign lesions of the vocal cord
- •2.Involving anterior two third part of true vocal cord
- •3.On Video laryngoscopy examination the vocal cords will be freely mobile.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with Ischemic/Coronary artery disease
- •2.Patients with Thyroid disorders/Respiratory diseases
- •3.Patients with laryngeal malignancies
- •4.Degenerative disorders of brain.
