(1) patient with ureteral stent inducing after removal of ureteral stone
(2) patient who has ureteral stent indwelling or lithotomy among the urinary stone patient who had pain of collateral
(1) history of urethral stricture or neurogenic bladder
(2) history of psychosis or taking medicine of antipsychotic drug
(3) who has hypersensitiveness about similar type of drugs
(4) who has renal failure or major hepatic insufficiency
(5) who has history of urinary tract infection within 1 month
(6) who taking medicine of steroid or immunosuppressive drug
(7) during pregnancy or be expected to pregnancy
(8) who taking antibiotics for prevention
