•(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids and voluntarily participate in the trial;
•(2) The operation of mixed hemorrhoids is external stripping and internal ligation, and the anesthesia method is spinal anesthesia;
•(3) Aged between 18-65 years, the patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

•(1) For those who do not meet the diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids, the operation method is not external stripping and internal ligation;
•(2) Patients with other intestinal diseases such as anal fistula, anal fissure, inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal malignant tumor, patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, kidney, urinary system, patients with mental diseases and coagulation dysfunction;
•(3) Patients with diabetes, infectious diseases and other diseases that affect wound healing;
•(4) Age < 18 years old or age > 65 years old;
•(5) Those with hearing impairment, those without independent behavior ability and those with communication ability impairment;
•(6) Pregnant and lactating women;
•(7) Postoperative analgesia pump;
•(8) Patients with neostigmine specific contraindications;
•(9) Poor compliance, poor possibility of follow-up and unwilling to participate in the trial.
