Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patient with end\-stage knee arthritis comparable bilaterally to be appropriate candidate for Total knee replacement falling in ASA 1 and 2 groups undergoing Bilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Simultaneous hip and knee Arthroplasty
  • •History of Patellectomy
  • •History of High Tibial Osteotomy
  • •Morbid obesity BMI \> 40
  • •Refusal to give consent
