- •Adult patient with end-stage knee arthritis comparable bilaterally to be appropriate candidate for Total knee replacement falling in ASA 1 and 2 groups undergoing Bilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty

- •Simultaneous hip and knee Arthroplasty
- •History of Patellectomy
- •History of High Tibial Osteotomy
- •Morbid obesity BMI > 40
- •Refusal to give consent
