Inclusion Criteria
- •\- child aged between 6 and 13 years \- ASA 1\-2 \- interventions for correction of splayfoot (sec. Castmann) and genu valgum or varum deformities (eight\-plate)
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? yes

- •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) no

Exclusion Criteria
- •\- age less than 6 and more than 13 years \- ASA 3\-4 \- lack of patient or his/her parents accordance \- positive history for asthma or other cardio\-respiratory disease \- allergy of local anesthetics or propofol \- central nervous system or psychiatric disorders \- coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis \- undergoing infection with systemic manifestation \- failure of loco\-regional nerve block
