Inclusion Criteria
All children getting admitted to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients aged less than 1 month
2. Severe protein energy malnutrition
3. Chronic kidney disease
4. Chronic liver disease
5. Chronic Gastrointestinal disease like malabsorption syndrome, coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease
6. Receipts of parenteral nutrition, or albumin before admission
